Review: Bullet
Bullet by Laurell K. Hamilton
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
I think I may have caught just a glimpse... a snatch... a skerrick of plot, in-between all the interspecies and metaphysical lusting and bonking. Pretty much paranormal porn, with plot masquerading as an excuse for Anita to play hide the sausage with anything that moves, or to agonize over the fact that she "has" to, oh woe is her. Enjoyable for that reason alone, of course. But I do miss the days of police work, a mystery you could sink your teeth into (ha har! geddit!?) and zombie raising.
